Sun in UV
This animation shows one revolution of the Sun in UV light. The
darker areas concentrated near the poles are the coronal holes.
These coronal holes correspond to
regions where the Sun's magnetic field lines do not close on themselves.
Usage:
Click "Play" to begin and "Stop" to pause.
"Step" moves forward one step and "Back" moves backwards one step.
"Home" returns to the beginning from any point.
