Coronal Mass Ejection and Unrelated Comet

In this animation the LASCO instrument on SOHO captures the collision of a comet with the Sun followed by a (totally unrelated) coronal mass ejection from the opposite side of the Sun. Usage: Use the "Play" button and "Stop" button to control play. When stopped, "Back" steps back one step and "Step" steps forward one step. "Home" returns to the beginning from any point.
